1 Timothy 2, has been misapplied by many in our day. Does this passage really talking about women teaching false doctrines? Is Paul making a valid argument for men being the authority, by virtue of Adam being created before Eve? DA Carson answers this and many other objections raised in this short video:
1 Timothy 2:13-14 (ESV) 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve; 14 and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
